Soulful Halibut Stew
halibut cut into 4-5 sections, pan cooked in butter/salt/pepper/squeeze of lemon/soy sauce for approx 4 mins each side on med heat,
used leftover quinoa (w/melted gouda and white cheddar cheese, flavored with chicken base while cooked the quinoa)
leftover cannelli beans/peas (seasoned with sage, thyme, chicken base, dehy onion)
I heated up the leftover quinoa/beans/peas together. Added water and then let it reduce. Added a few shakes of tabasco.
Spooned the quinoa/beans/peas into a bowl, then topped with halibut pieces/leftover butter on top.

The quinoa really lightens up the dish, instead of using potatoes. It’s a healthier choice that adds more protein as well, bonus!

fruity smoothie

Two handfuls frozen strawberries,

2 bananas. 
Throw in a bowl. 
Enough almond milk to submerge frozen berries. 
Cinnamon. 
Stevia. 
Let sit for 5 mins.
Immersion blender.
Enough for 4 servings.
(I put two in the freezer for now)
